LUNAR 2 - PURPLE

LUNAR 2 - PURPLE

£37.50

The Lunar 2 Purple is a professional-grade instrument developed through a direct collaboration between elite keepers and coaches. It is designed for the shot-stopper who wants a glove that feels like a natural extension of their hand, requiring almost zero adjustment during the heat of the game.

The Surface: 4mm German Contact Latex

At the center of this glove is the 4mm German Contact Latex, a high-performance material that prioritizes an elite connection to the ball. Think of it like a specialized racing tire: it is intentionally soft to provide maximum "stick," which means it may show surface wear early—especially on rougher grounds like artificial turf. However, as long as you follow the correct cleaning process after every use, this latex is designed to perform at a high level until the material is almost completely gone.

  • Dry Weather: 5/5

  • Wet Weather: 4/5 (Performs best when excess water is towel-dried)

  • Durability: 3/5

The "Locked-In" Fit

We utilized a Negative Cut, which means the seams are stitched internally for a streamlined, "no-sag" fit. To ensure you have a natural, traditional feel, we have avoided internal silicone grips. Instead, the Lunar 2 relies on its precise, snug construction to create a secure bond between your skin and the latex, giving you total control over every movement without any artificial sliding.

Maximum Surface Area

Because saves aren't always textbook, we’ve included an extensive latex wrap that covers much more area than standard gloves on the market. This gives you that little bit of extra "sticky" coverage exactly when you need it most. To keep your hands cool under pressure, we’ve integrated latex gussets with added air holes to aid in the release of moisture.

Pro-Tested Construction

Secured with a classic single wrap strap, the Lunar 2 Purple is a pro-tested tool built for keepers at every level who are serious about their performance. Each pair arrives with a protective film on the palms to ensure the latex remains pristine. Carefully remove this prior to use, being extra careful not to pinch the latex itself. It is a painstaking process, but ensuring your grip is 100% fresh for the pitch makes it well worth the effort.
