LUNAR 2

LUNAR 2

£40.00

The LUNAR 2 is the result of a direct collaboration between professional keepers and elite coaches. It is designed for those who want a glove that acts as a precision instrument—meaning it stays out of your way and lets your instincts do the work.

The Grip: 4mm German Contact Latex

This is a high-performance material that prioritizes stopping power above all else. Think of it like a specialized racing tire: it offers maximum "stick," but that softness requires a bit more care.

  • Dry Weather: 5/5 – In dry conditions, this is the highest level of grip available, providing an almost magnetic connection to the ball.

  • Wet Weather: 4/5 – It performs exceptionally well in the rain, provided you use a towel to remove excess pooling water from the surface.

  • Durability: 3/5 – Because this latex is professional-grade and very soft, it is more delicate than "hard" training foams. You are choosing elite performance over long-term ruggedness.

Engineering the "Second Skin"

We utilized a Negative Cut, where the seams are tucked inside the glove. This design removes the "dead space" and sagging found in traditional gloves, creating a streamlined fit that moves exactly when your hand moves. If you prefer a glove that feels like an extension of your arm rather than a bulky layer of padding, this is your silhouette.

Climate and Coverage

To keep you comfortable during high-intensity matches, the LUNAR 2 features latex gussets with integrated air holes. These act as vents to help moisture escape, keeping your hands cooler and more stable inside the glove. We’ve also extended the latex wrap around the thumb and sides, giving you a much larger "sticky" surface area for those difficult, off-center catches.

The Preparation Ritual

Your gloves arrive with a clear protective film on the palms to keep the German latex factory-fresh.

  • Take your time: Removing this is a slow, painstaking process.

  • Be precise: Peel it off carefully and avoid "pinching" the latex with your nails. It’s a small investment of time that ensures your first save with the LUNAR 2 is as "tacky" and secure as intended.
